How Do You Haircare?
If you’re scraping the last bit out of your hair care product bottles, worry no more! Clean Beauty Collective has launched our own line of sustainable, eco-conscious and vegan hair products that are formulated for all hair types. These essentials are infused with a blend of sustainably sourced, effective botanicals that gently cleanse, detoxify and moisturize, leaving you with strong, shiny, healthy hair you can feel good about!
Let’s Talk About Washing Your Hair…
How often do you wash your hair? If your answer is everyday, we aren’t going to shame you, our Buriti & Tucuma Essential Shampoo is gentle enough for everyday use. The Buriti Oil, Pequi Oil and Tucuma Butter help replenish natural oils while a touch of Tea Tree Leaf Oil helps remove and prevent buildup, so your scalp stays balanced throughout the day.
Do You Really Need a Conditioner?
While shampooing without conditioning afterwards can make your hair dry and prone to breakage, the main purpose of conditioner is to infuse your length with the treatment it needs to stay strong, hydrated and free of tangles. The best practice is to first squeeze all the water you can from your hair, even using a towel to do so. The more water you remove, the more your hair can absorb the conditioner. Then apply about a quarter sized dollop to the ends of your hair and spread evenly from there. And while you’re not really supposed to apply conditioner to your scalp, its ok if it accidentally happens because our Buriti & Tucuma Conditioner also helps support a balanced scalp biome (those super cute bacteria that work together to make sure your scalp stays healthy) due to the Celery Seed Complex.
For Those Days You Don’t Have Time for the Full Shower…
Gone are the days of having to shower in order to have a good hair day, and thank goodness! Most dry shampoos come as an aerosol spray. Our Tapioca Dry Shampoo is in starch form, and will easily blend into your scalp regardless of your hair color. It's also great at removing oil, dirt, and buildup while adding volume! So you can get that much needed lift at the root to rock 3rd, 4th or 5th day old hair.
